I had to use Jumio to verify my identity to buy an eSIM. It's poorly designed. The widget doesn't allow me to take a selfie, it requires a continuous video feed and takes a picture whenever it feels like it. The widget instructs me on how to center my face, but it doesn't take a picture when I follow these instructions. It only takes the picture when my face is off-center.
