Update: they had my review removed because they new I was telling the truth and their poor customer service is an ongoing problem Original review: I went in once to get cornrow braids. The lady that did my hair was mean and evil for absolutely no reason. She was a skinny old dark skinned East African woman. I kept trying to tell her the style I wanted and she said to me “do you braid hair, no, well let me do it without you interrupting” and she yanked my head. Rachel has been braiding my children, grandchildren, my hair for over 15 years! I love her! She is awesome, patient, and caring. Her styles are everything!
I have been coming here for years & have NEVER been disappointed!! I’ve also gone to other braiders (in other citie/states) and have been so disappointed in their work…Royka hands down is THE BEST braider & will always be my favorite!
