I needed a photo for a non-US passport and the consulate recommended this place. I called the week before and made an appointment. The proprietor told me he was going out of town for the holiday weekend but would be back on the day of my passport appointment. He had everything ready when I arrived but told us a harrowing story of having to drive back to SF in the middle of the night after his flight was diverted to LA. We very much appreciated his commitment to his customers!
