I’ve been going to Julzz creation for years and I have never had a bad experience but after today I will no longer be going back. I’ve been booking a regular hair wash and dry for years while paying the same price. Today I showed up for my appointment, which they said was cancelled because they sent a confirmation text that had went to spam, and I completely understand if they had told me that they’re not able to do the service but they said it was okay.
