Just what we needed! Perfect! Julius was generous with his time, was a calming presence through the stress process of looking for a home, attentive to our interests and preferences and the best realtor we could ever want. We weeded out properties for us that didn’t meet our criteria, provided solid recommendations and went above and beyond in every way. We have had several negative experiences in the past. Julius renewed our faith in realtors!
Easy and simple. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Julius when renting our townhome. He stayed on top of the whole process for us.
