Had him as a property manager. Total disaster. He was disrespectful, lazy, and didn't know when to shut his mouth. Created more problems than solved. Everyone who spoke with him told me he had an attitude problem. I ended up managing the property myself, cutting him out after a few weeks. Hope he's actually good as a realtor, though it does seem a bit sus that every other review is 5 stars.

He gave very good advice on the value of the houses versus the price. His suggestions on crafting offers were very good. He did a great job understanding what matters to us when considering houses and made suggestions accordingly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking to buy.
