Julius is an excellent realtor and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His knowledge of the market, the entire buying process, and how to choose the right home are unmatched. I learned so much from him with each home we visited and I greatly enjoyed his company. Julius made us feel comfortable and confident during a stressful time for our family. He was in our corner throughout the whole process and I’ll always be grateful for the work he put in for us.

Julius went above and beyond in accommodating our family’s relocation to the greater Chicagoland area. Moving cross country with a 1-year-old and a dog while trying to find a house would have been nearly impossible without the exceptional efforts of Julius. He facilitated remote viewings and delivered honest, down-to-earth assessments of the homes we viewed, identifying things we could not see through a computer screen. We worked with Julius to purchase our first home this year. The process started back in October 2020, and we went to see houses almost every weekend from Oct until we put in an offer in December. Julius was accommodating throughout, even to very last minute requests in securing appointments for brand new listings, regardless of whether it was weekday evenings or weekends. Julius helped us with our very first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the entire process and diligent as well. He made sure to inform us about every step that we had to take, all the pros and cons, etc. He had excellent recommendations that we followed as well.
