Worst company to deal with ever!!!! After renting an apartment in one of their properties for almost 4 years now, they are issuing daily fines and threatening to have my car towed next week. Don't ever do business with them!!!!!
I wish i could give negative rating for this company. The biggest cheaters i have ever seen.. they misuse HOA funds to the core.
I honestly cant believe there are negative reviews here. I have been dealing with the owners of this company for over 10 years. They are special people who genuinely care. If I could give them 6 stars I would. For property management, this place is the one stop shop.
I couldn't agree more with the previous review! They misuse association funds to hire lawyer to attack you on their unlawful “collection.”
If I could give them Negative stars I would. This is the second time that they have turned my account over to a lawyer to collect fees that I was not aware of. They make no effort to work with the residents they "claim" to care about. Worst management company I have EVER dealt with.
