I'll start by saying that customer service and professionalism is priority for me. My friend introduced me to this establishment... I had several items repaired, such as, earring post, gold adding repair, batteries, hand dials for watch, diamonds and prongs, earring backs, ring shaping, cleaning, and polishing. Sandra and her family showed good customer service. I'll say that, they're business people with business personalities yet respectful.
