Dr Rivera was a patient listener who did not make me feel my office time was rushed. He answered my questions and I felt he included me on the treatment plan.
Dr. Rivera is a knowledgeable and caring physician. My experience with him has always been excellent.
TERRIBLE
FIND A BETTER DOCTOR! Website does not work. They NEVER answer their phone. I left 4 voicemails in a week and never heard back. I've tried every method to contact them without success... I will be going to the office in person to claim my medical records and find another doctor. FIND A BETTER DOCTOR!!!!
I would recommend Dr. Rivera highly. He is an excellent doctor, very through and caring. His staff is excellent as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Rivera to anyone. My Wife and I believe we are very lucky to have him as a Dr and friend.
Dr Rivera’s bedside manners are wonderful. He and his staff make you feel very comfortable at all times. Dr Rivera has been my Dr for 10 years. He WILL spend whatever necessary time with you to answer questions, listens and then explains everything so I can understand my diagnosis and how to monitor it. He is very personable and I trust his guidance.
Dr is great but the front desk does not know how to answer a phone called many times even on the Dr's line or hospital line good luck.
I receive good treatment from Dr. Rivera. The only downfall is the reception. He has an amazing nurse also. But good luck getting someone on the phone on the first or second try.
Dr Rivera has made me feel very safe and well cared for at last!!! Ive seen many different doctors, and I’ve never trusted any other doctor like I do him. He has worked in coordination with my other specialists after my hospitalization with seizures and broken leg, and visited me in the hospital. He made me feel special..that doesn’t happen much these days with doctors!!! Thank you Dr Julio Rivera!!! You are a true gem!! I owe you my gratitude. ??
