Not a great experience. Was made to put a deposit down on my personal credit card without any prior warning. Ended up waiting around 40 minutes after my appointment time before being led back to a room after asking the receptionist about the delay. Doctor pushed various medications that I was not interested and seemed extreme for the conditions.
Dr.Cruz, his assistants, and the entire staff are fantastic! I've been his patient for 20 years!

I have been a patient of Dr Cruz for so many years, I can't even recall. When he called me to notify me that my biopsy was stage 2 melanoma, he could not have been more caring. When I went in to have it removed, he was INCREDIBLY kind, caring, patient, informative - everything you want in a doctor, especially with a cancer diagnosis. I have referred numerous people to him and they all love him too!
Had a blue light treatment on my face and scalp. Went well, painless, and Dr Cruz and staff did a great job explaining the process and what to expect afterwards. This is the day after. Some redness and hardly any discomfort. Slept well thru the night. Applied Aquaphor and clean my face with the cleaner they provide. Important to keep you skin moist for the first several days.
