Worst eye doctor ever. Got there on time fill up paper work for new patient waited more then 1 and half hour. Very poor front desk service. Under staffed. Left without eye exam. Will never go back. Won't recommend to any body. Stay away from this place.
Long wait every time I take my children to this office. And just for a physical! Front office staff should take a Customer Service class it would help the overall office environment.
I have used the Lakeland Hills office for almost 7 years... they have a great way with the kids and although they don't allow strollers, they looked the other way for me knowing I didn't have a car and lived close by. :) I like that they know who me and my kids are when we walk in. To the person that had a problem with the "cell phone issue", you should not be using your cell phone in an office like this anyway. It could malfunction equipment in the building... At times when are appointment is they have had us waiting up to a hour after, and in more then one occasion! Besides that pretty good, could be more pro-breastfeeding though.
My family and I love Dr.Mansfields keep your head up. Your good at what you do.
This doctor's office is okay. If visiting this office, schedule an appointment with one of the owners (Dr. Dorothy or Rachel Ray) because they are the most knowledgeable. The other doctors don't know what they are talking about. Sometimes the wait to see a doctor can be a bit long because they overbook doctors.

I have been taking my son to Pediatric Associates on Lakeland Hills Blvd since he was a new born. I love all the nurse's and Doctor's they have on staff.
READ THIS PLEASE There is no way I would even take my dieing dog to this doctors office! The recpt. At the front Katie she has a horiable attitude and is very unprofessional! Last time I was there she told me to get off my cell phone and I was in the waiting area there were no posted signs anywhere saying that.
