This experience was awful. It started with the lady ambushing us with questions right when we walked in the door with attitude. When my sister went into the dressing room she tried to open the curtain when she was not dressed then the worker was told the dress did not fit her and made her try it on multiple times and tried walking into the room multiple times.
Today we bought my daughter's prom dress here. We were to a few places before Juliette's and when I tell you the service and hospitality at Juliette's was such an amazing experience compared to the others, I can't even describe how pleased we are. We weren't aware that usually they only take people by appointments but thankfully there was a cancellation so we were able to squeeze in and they helped make it happen. They were so welcoming and helpful here. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. They were so attentive and kind.... read more
From start to finish they were amazing!(even when I wanted to try my dress on more than a few times ☺️) I got married in 2021 and they were in a different location at the time.
