If I could leave zero stars I would. Johnny sat down with an attitude no greeting or anything. Right after receiving color choices, he rushed me to pick my color, as if he couldn’t start removing the old gel while I picked. He was VERY ROUGH. He was twisting and squeezing my fingers so tight and throwing my hands. The only words he said to me during this entire time was “what color” and “don’t look” (as in don’t look my MY HANDS) rushing me to put them in the UV light. I’ve gone to Julie’s twice now and love it! They have great customer service and have worked with my goals for my natural nails. I get hard gel manicures and gel pedicures, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.
10/10 recommend! KC does the best job on my nails!
