Two ladies were sent back in November. I feel compelled to write this review now because since then I have had a local company in FW help me since then monthly. I would NOT recommend this service. I could have done a better job myself of I had the time to dedicate to deep clean. I felt as though it was lazy cleaning and they took a really long time. There are much better companies to go through.
Overall, the staff did a good basic job cleaning our home; however, they did not clean at the level of detail described over the phone. They were also not attentive to some of the things we discussed over the phone which were an area of concern for me in terms of vacuuming the dust off of my vents or wiping dust from windows. I was also told they’d vacuum and sweep my foyer and back room area and those weren’t touched. Won’t be using again.
I had Julie's Cleaning come to my house before the holidays to clean and couldn't be happier. Very professional, on time, prices are clear and simple. They are the type of company I would trust with my keys and wouldn't think twice about it. Highly recommend her and her company.
