i literally ordered this dress a MONTH AGO and still have not recieved it. i was concerned over a week ago and reached out to customer service and told them i needed it for a particular event. shipping states it would take 8-10 working days NOT 20+. i asked for a refund and they didn't even answer me back. shipping updates are in a completely different language. beyond pissed and still no dress. if i could give this company 0 stars i would.
