We rented everything from linens, towels, to a bike and beach cart. Everything was waiting on us when we arrived and in good condition. I would recommend this company. Thanks for a great week. See you next year!

Terrible customer service! No response from multiple emails, and refusal to give any portion of a refund due to Hurricane Isaias when I spoke to them on the phone. This was the first year I used them because my usual rental place was out of golf carts! Never using again. Use Beachway Rentals!! They refunded 100% (on other items we rented) before the end of the week. So incredibly disappointed with the customer service of Julies Rentals. We rented bikes from them the week before we were supposed to arrive at OIB. Unfortunately, hurricane isaias came and made OIB close the island to all tourists BEFORE the bikes were even to be delivered. The hurricane was bad and our vacation was cancelled and while the bikes were never delivered, Julies would still not issue a refund. This is poor, poor customer service and I will never do business with them again.

The quality and service of Julie's Rentals has declined dramatically over the years. Reserved bikes 10 days prior to vacation then confirned via phone call. When we arrived, no bikes! Were finally able to secure bikes and went through 5 bikes due to broken chains. Staff reports there was no one available to repair bikes. We were stuck with bike that was too small for one of us and overall crappy quality for others.

Ordered linen service two weeks In advance of vacation- received confirmation and showed where card was confirmed. Upon arrival, no linens! We had to go out and purchase towels and bed linens for 17 people. When I called they tried to say they only “quoted” me a price, although the email clearly says confirmation. Although my card has not been charged it was a major inconvenience. Worse was the fact the man tried to state they did not confirm my order which they definitely did, per an email. reserved a bike days in advance.. my card was charged.. called 2 different days before the day of pickup to MAKE SURE I could get the bike the MORNING OF PICKUP... get there and guess what... no bike. was pretty much told oh well sorry. while waiting to speak with the owner another gentleman came in complaining about reserving sheets and bikes and his card was charged and never recieved either.. so aggravating and frustrating.

Very disheartened. Coming from out of state, ordered online to guarantee availability of a bike and umbrella. Showed up Sunday morning to pick up and everything was unavailable. The only offered solution was to refund our money. It's a management and ownership problem, not the employees. Apparently management doesn't know how to handle online reservations vs. walk ins. It would be like renting and paying for a house for the week only to get here and find someone else is staying there. #weekruined

My family and I have been using Julie’s rentals for years, primarily renting bikes. However, this year I decided it would be nice to have a beach canopy all set up so it would be one less thing to carry to the beach. The first few days of the week were perfect! However, come Wednesday Julie’s showed their true colors. The weather was pretty windy in the morning and I noticed there weren’t any canopy’s up.
