Our realtor, Alicia Dal Ponte, was exceptional at helping us find our dream home. Julie and her team did a great job listing, showing, and selling our home. While we did pay some money up-front for very thorough home, well, and septic inspections/ tests, it was money well-spent. The photographer did an amazing job showcasing the unique qualities of our property. Julie kept in contact weekly, answering any questions, explaining contracts, and gave our listing the widespread advertising that found the perfect buyer for our property.
Alicia was an extremely wonderful realtor to work with! She was not only kind and easy to talk to, but extremely thorough and professional with her work. She went above and beyond for us throughout our entire home buying process. The entirety of Julie's team made the process of purchasing our home as stress-free as possibly. Highly recommend them!
