Dr. Tran is awesome, been a patient of hers for years now. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to see her, staff has always been super nice. Some dental offices feel like the tooth fairy became a silicon valley venture capitalist, this is an escape from all that. No upsells, no nickel and diming, Dr Tran gives me my options, prices, and lets me decide. So easy to talk to her, she answers all my questions and most importantly, I trust her.

I really enjoyed going to Julie Tran and her office. Staff were friendly and Dr Tran was personable and easy to talk to about any concerns.

I will repost my initial review from 2021. I should have provided follow up comments about how things are "biting" (working :) ) from the detailed procedure I had at the time...A complete rebuild/replace of a \ upper front bridge which was decades old. It was a lot of work, per my earlier review. My own personal fear came at no cost! That increased over the years. Yet, to reiterate, and now 4 years later, it's been great! No problems! I came across this dentist because of my old dental bit of a way. The doctor is very friendly and does a pretty good job cleaning. I am very unhappy with the front desk person that manage your appointment. So they said I needed a deep clean, and they needed to submit the request to insurance. It has been over a month, and nothing has come back. I feel the guys in the front who process the paperwork don't know what he is doing. Or at least try to follow up on the case.
