Julie is absolutely amazing! She made our search for our first home so easy and stress free! As new homeowners, we had a lot of questions. Julie was able to answer all of them due to her extensive experience in the field, as well as knowing the area in which we were looking. Once in a while you come across a special person that makes your world a little more wonderful. For us, that person is Julie Toy. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible she is! We knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and SO hands-on (she even crawled into creepy attics, basements, and crawl spaces to check insulation for us!)
