I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I canceled my insurance with Julie Tourangeau over a month ago, and they are still sending me bills to pay. I have already sent them messages and called them as well, yet I am unable to get a different agent from the same insurance company because Julie Tourangeau and her office keep sending me emails demanding payment.
Lenny (and everyone else who works at this branch) is incredibly personable and professional. They made it super easy for me to get a new policy for my vehicles. Rates are much better than what Allstate was offering in my case. 10/10
