As first time home buyers my partner and I needed someone to walk us through the entire process - from beginning our search until the closing - and Julie did that perfectly. She was patient and honest with us, an assertive advocate with other parties when needed, extremely communicative (which was important to us) and displayed amazing knowledge of Bay Ridge. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Well. I was not expecting to end up here with a sad review but I must admit Julie is far from a professional. She was very rude and stepped outside her boundaries by thinking it’s ok to ask personal questions and expecting an answer like if it’s normal to ask and think it’s ok to do so. Not even an apology. I was introduced to Robert and Josey from a fellow RE/MAX agent Julie Thum , who I have worked with before. She was selling their home in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn and they wanted to purchase a home on Long Island NY. Julie is just quite simply kind, intelligent, highly knowledgeable and immensely resourceful. She doesn’t sell you the party line but she makes the party work in your favor.
