Dr. Thornburg and her staff are excellent. They are always there for you. Your phone calls and questions are answered immediately. I never feel rushed. She listens to my questions and concerns one at a time and counsels me for each of my problems. Some of the remedies she suggests are more natural, which I appreciate. It's wonderful to get such personal attention. You can't go wrong with Dr. Thornburg.
Dr. Thornburg went above and beyond to help me with solve several health issues. She took the time to help me get to the root causes of my ailments. She's the exact opposite of doctors I've dealt with in the past who just wrote a prescription to mask the symptoms and sent me out the door as fast as possible. Fast waiting room. Excellent care from a doctor who genuinely cares. Friendly, no nonsense, thorough, informative, and dedicated. Highly recommended.
I recently visited the office for routine blood work and casually asked the phlebotomist if there was any extra surgical tape available for some recent dermatology sutures. Julie overheard the conversation and went above and beyond—she brought me back to check the site herself and applied a fresh bandage. Her attentiveness and kindness truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the excellent care and compassion. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful service, and I’m very grateful!
Refused to do a physical for myself and my husband because she didn’t feel comfortable ordering a glucose and cholesterol blood draw. Upon asking to speak to her she was incredibly rude. Would not recommend seeing this person.
Julie is a wonderful NP -however we waited 40 minutes just to get a recheck and we’re disappointed that 2 days later Premier Urgent Care wants to bill us for a new visit. We are traveling to a remote area for the holiday and I wanted to have my son’s lungs checked to ensure he was improving as he still struggling with a bad cough/wheezing.
