Julie Stevenson and Shore Living Real Estate did not meet my expectations as a realtor. When picking a realtor we interviewed several and decided to go with Shore Living Real Estate. Julie was very responsive in the beginning of the sale, however once the house went under contract her service began to decline. Her communication was lacking and she did not seem organized. Julie was a wonderful sellers agent for our family. My father in law passed away and we needed to sell his home. Julie dealt with everything with kindness and grace and went above and beyond particularly because we didn’t live locally. She’s a gem!
