Jamie recently helped us split a house off some acreage we owned and sell it. It required surveys and special approvals. She helped us decide the marketability, walked us through the process and listed it for us. It sold in 3 weeks with multiple buyers. We have also called upon Jamie to provide her opinion as she is extremely knowledgeable about the local area real estate market. She is thorough, efficient and friendly.
