Front desk (Meg) was friendly. Stacy got vitals & was knowledgeable, professional & sweet. Dr. Schneider & nurse came in. Dr. introduced herself, asked a couple questions & dropped a speculum on my thigh asking me "how is that?" I was confused by the question & she asks if it feels ok? | later learned from office manager they got new warmers & Dr. was probably trying to make sure it wasn't too hot. Rude. Condescending. Within five minutes of talking to me she was pushing an implanted device for $25-$30,000. No offer of PT. Was there with an assistant doing a test, she just comes barging in the room in the middle of it. Embarrassed to say the least. I cried all the way home and decided then I would never ever go back to her. I made the best decision.

Explained everything in detail for me. Answered my questions and heave me some Hope for a resolution to my condition. Staff was friendly. So much better than my last Dr.
I was disappointed in today’s visit I was scheduled for a cystoscopy and after waiting nearly two hours the procedure lasted five minutes and the Dr. Seemed bothered by my questions in regards to the different types of surgery’s. she was very condescending to me. I was also prescribed a drug for incontinence that costs $ 288.00 and wasn’t even told anything about it. I am very disappointed

Absolutely the WORST.I filled out all necessary paperwork online as requested. Was asked to arrive 15min early. I waited an hour & 40 minutes to be seen.I spent literally 12-16 minutes with the actual doctor. She discuss my condition, nor did she tell me there would be two procedures. The first being a " mock" procedure. No thank you...Double work, double the money. Then bills me for $509???? I think not. Especially didn't care for Robin either..On the whole, worst visit to a new doctor ever.

Dr. schneider is a good dr. But the staff is extremely rude and non compliant . I’m a patient suffering with a UTI and was told I can’t get in for 2 weeks . This was the second time this happened and I had to go to urgent care and it was a severe UTI. The front desk said we are sorry there are no openings or cancellations until 2 weeks . What kind of dr office doesn’t leave room for emergencies? That I’m have a I don’t give a da— attitude.
I wasn’t going to write a negative review, but after getting a second opinion, I feel obligated to warn people. The nurse was flat out rude, the dr recommended major surgery (I got a second opinion that said major surgery was not warranted, a simpler procedure could be done first), the doctor was walking out the door as I asked my questions, and I was told multiple times the office would call me to schedule surgery, but they never called.
