Julie was so helpful in finding us a home in Tennessee and made the stressful move from out-of-state less daunting. She was more than able to juggle varying schedules and viewings as needed and so helpful at pointing out possible issues we may have overlooked while viewing homes. Julie was an invaluable resource during the move from IL. She was persistent and thorough in getting a clear picture of what types of properties were of interest (location, prices and styles). Julie was a calming presence from the moment we met to list the house until way after closing. She is reassuring, handles all details, is there when you have a question and explains each situation down to the finest detail. She guided me each step of the way so that I was able to get the max out of my sale!
She is amazing at her job . Very knowledgeable and very compassionate about the whole process. She is very patient because we looked at a lot !!. I would recommend her to anyone I know. She was really great!
As our realtor, Julie Ricciardi coached us every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with.
