After two visits and asking a multitude of questions about the first pair of glasses we are no. Closer to glasses we can actually see with. This is possibly the WORST experience I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses for 50+ years. Shoddy made, prescription not right even after second adjustments. Not even usable, complete waste of money. Go anywhere but here for your visions sake!!
I want to share my wonderful experience at America’s Best in Glen Burnie. When I visited, I was helped by the Assistant named Tanisha, and she gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received. The location itself was immaculately clean, and as soon as I walked in, Tanisha noticed me right away. The customer service is pretty good. You have to have an appointment. The eye doctor is overworked. The eye exam was rushed. Got my glasses for driving. Long distance sight. The road signs were blurry at a distance. Took the glasses back. The doctor said there wasn’t much he could do. The eye exams are to rushed. Not going back. 😕
Worst customer service-staff member! He kept throwing the tinted eyeglass lenses on the table from the opposite drawer & answered my questions-very rude & unprofessional! He should not be allowed to work with any customers/patients! Unfortunately, I did not get his name, however he was Asian…I walked out-never to return to this location.
Guesss that's why the price is so low... Service all the way around sucks!

I recently spent $600 on glasses for myself and my son. Mine took over three weeks to arrive, and when they finally gave them to me, they didn’t even put them in a box. Instead, they gave them to me in a cheap cloth bag, which was really awful. What terrible service, considering I paid so much money. SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Nice and very knowledgeable staff. They did not accept my insurance; I did some research and knew this before walking in the doors. I was greeted right when I entered the store. I was called back within 5 or so minutes which was perfect timing as I was just finishing up looking for new glasses. The technician that took me into the room for the first part of the eye exam, was just a joy to have. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all my many questions.
