Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

No, it was fine Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Dr. Ardonato went above and beyond to help my son when he was hit in the face with a baseball one Thursday evening. He came to our dentist's office, after working all day, and coaching pop warner football that evening, and spent over 2 hours repairing and reconstructing his mouth. He brought the supplies he would need from his own office, and was extremely caring and patient with my son, who was very scared to say the least. Thank you Dr. Ardanato, your caring concern is outstanding in this crazy world we live in.
