They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have really great customer service here. Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
