I am a long time patient of this practice my care was transferred Dr Julie Parker DDS upon the retirement of Dr Wheeler DDS, several years ago. Since then I have continued to be met with professionalism, courtesy and timeliness. Dr Parker was helpful in diagnosing a significant problem that required a referral to an oral surgeon. The problem was adequately addressed and resolved on returning to her office for follow up care. I highly recommend her and her staff.
Dr Parker was very rude. She does not believe a patient has the right to choose what services they want. i.e. a fluoride treatment for their child or whether or not we want x-rays. With that said she basically kicked out of her office and told us she cannot service us anymore. Told us we can do what she wants us to do or we can go elsewhere. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Her father was such a nice guy. I went to him for 20 years plus.
Excellent staff and care. Highly recommend.
