Julie is simply phenomenal! We actually met because she was a customer of mine at a mobile carrier. We got to talking while I was working on some technical issues with her phone (resident nerd). I mentioned my boyfriend and I were looking to buy because our rent was getting way too expensive in DTC. Ms. Montgomery worked as a transaction broker for a home my wife and I identified for purchase. I strongly recommend AGAINST using her for any transaction. Our experience was terrible. I totally agree with the review posted by Dustin Davis. My experience was nearly identical. She made multiple verbal commitments she did not honor. Like Dustin, I question her ethics.
