She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods were we interested in, making it easier for us to decide where our next purchase would be. We loved that she stayed ahead of upcoming properties so that we could pregame how to approach the properties we were most interested in. Julie Martinez is hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with (and we’ve worked with more than a dozen over the years)! Her knowledge, positive attitude, communication and energy made the sell quick and pain free. She hosted open houses and always communicated results after showings.
