My son's appt was cancelled by text even after I previously confirmed with office staff. When I called back to dispute the cancelation, office staff was rude and dismissive. Stated the next appt availability and said that's the best they could do. After previously messing up an order on glasses, I had hoped to not have another horrible experience with this office, but it looks like after 10+ years it's time to find a new doctor.
