Julie LO is the worst doctor alive. The doctor that I don't recommend even to my worth enemy. She gave me 20 stiches and because of her my son suffered brain hemorrhage during the delivery because she filed to diagnose him with IUGR and filed in providing him with the care and delivery that is suitable to his case. My son now started to develop hydrocephalus a complication to brain hemorrhage . we are living the worth time in our life and we don't know what to expect.
