My son Bryson went to Calderwood to treat a condition and for the first two years she was phenomenal. Then all of a sudden it's impossible to get an appointment. I had multiple appointments that were rescheduled. I was told that they would reach out when they have availability. I'm going on a year and a half. We still hadn't seen it new eye doctor. and I'm looking for somebody new. I guess I'll go to an optometrist and have them refer me to a different doctor
We have been going to Dr. Calderwood for few years For my son. She is very attentive and knowledgeable with his Strabismus care.
I took my daughter when she was 3 to Dr. Calderwood, as we were referred by our pediatrician. My daughter, now 9, wasn’t bilingual then and only spoke Spanish. It wasn’t an issue for us- I happily translated and participated in the appointment. But when the doctor came in she demanded to know why she spoke Spanish. ??? My reply- it’s her first language and the language we speak at home. She followed that up with another “why?!” Me- “Because …?
