Showed up early as asked for a simple nurse visit for a vaccine. Waited until 11:54 for my 11:20 appointment for a single shot. Come to find out the order was never place when I made the appointment days ago.
Although "Dr. Kappler is not currently my Primary, due to geographic distance, I highly recommend her. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and a good listener. She includes her patients in the decision-making process regarding (medications and overall health). She listens and goes above and beyond.

Dr Kappler is incredible! She always listens to what I’m saying with empathy and I feel like she actually cares to help. She is always professional and quick.
