I am extremely disappointed. I have scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kang at the beginning of the year because she had a long wait list. This morning, I arrived for my appointment after months of waiting, and they decide to tell me that Dr. Kang was not scheduled today and that I may see another physician. Then I was told the secondary physician is not able to do surgical consults so I would ultimately have to see two physicians and pay two copays.
