Dr. Vu is an amazing person; however, we have had issue with the billing department. For the last three months, we have called multiple times regarding a refund. Each time, they promise a check will be sent within two weeks, but it never arrives. Just imagine—if we owed them this amount, it would likely be sent to collections within a week. It shouldn't be this difficult to get our money back
