it is easy to find someone who wants to sell your home, but Julie exceeded all expectations in thorough analysis and recommendation for perfect listing price (sold at good price while others still have not) and provided lots of great advice and provided detail 'staging' of the home. i recommended her to family who have now also used her and are also delighted.

Julie Jones was an excellent and amazing agent to work with! She’s very knowledgeable, caring and understanding of all the work I had to do on my own to get my home emptied, painted, staged and ready to list. She was always in contact with me on a regular bases, always asking if I needed any help with anything. Then 4 days before pictures were scheduled to be taken and listed, I had a water leak on the main floor ceiling from the second floor bathroom.
