I did a post op lymphatic drain 80 minutes message with Julie and it felt like a whole body sigh of relief. I am so excited for my next session. My whole body feels like it can breathe!
I took my son to Julie and she used several techniques to help him with his neck and back pain. She used Visceral Manipulation to help his digestive problems. She even gave him a mini lesson on how sit in a chair with good posture to help avoid the pain in the future. She was very knowledgeable and caring. Also, her space was very clean and neat. She was on time and kept good communication with us before and even after the appointment, she checked in. I would recommend her highly.

Julie is the most talented therapist I’ve worked with. She thinks and problem solves to help each client gain the best health possible. She listens, and creates an health plan that fits each client individually.
I started seeing Julie about 2 years ago for lymphatic drainage. What I didn’t know at the time, was how many other modalities Julie is trained in. She also is constantly furthering her education on all things related to body work and nervous system regulation. The very best part of my session is the cranial sacral therapy and I leave our sessions feeling like a new person. I couldn’t love her more.
