Julie is super duper efficient and great to work with. She recently helped my mom. She was honest and gave my mom good options and explained things when there were questions. I would definitely recommend her!
It’s my belief that if things are going smoothly and without issue, it's because that thing is actually supposed to be happening. Julie was helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. She is responsive and really made me feel like she had my back in a process with a lot of unknowns and unfamiliar terms. I felt I understood what was happening with the process which put my family's mind at ease. We thank you Julie, for taking care of our situation with precision and care!!
Beware of this realtor. She WILL lie to you to gain a higher commission check. She was pushing me off of the phone , refused to show me the property I was interested in , and ignored what the seller had asked her to do , I’m assuming because she wanted to give the deal to one of her friends , or try and sell it at a higher price to gain a larger commission. This was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a realtor.
Julie has been amazing. She really took the time to understand our needs and was caring and professional. Thank you Julie !!
