I did an IFS session with Julie (Internal Family Systems) and it was absolutely incredible! She's very gifted. I got to some pretty deep stuff in just the first session. I've been doing reparenting work pretty intensively for the last two years, so it was pretty surprising how much came up in just one session. It felt very loving and supportive to have Julie guide me, which is probably why I was able to go so deep so quickly. Some things came up that I never would have guessed at. I can't wait for our next session!
