I feel understood.
Dr Julie Greenwalt changed our lives with her amazing knowledge and care. Two years ago today, my spouse finished treatment that without her swift coordination would have not had the positive outcome we had. She was a beacon of light in one of the most terrifying times we have had as a family. She and all of the MDA team were amazing but Dr Julie will always be a hero to us.
Shortly after my throat cancer diagnosis in August 2020 and after exhaustive research, my wife and I decided on M.D. Anderson for treatment. If I could give 0 stars for Greenwalt I would. She was very cold and robotic to my dad as she was telling him how much time he had left to live. No compassion at all. it was as if she was speaking about the weather. I will never forgive her for her unprofessional bedside manner and not helping my dad the way he should have been helped. He was just another number to her to milk his insurance. Shame on you Greenwalt. I wonder how many other lives have been lost because of your coldhearted neglect.
By far one of the most condescending individuals I've met. I'll never understand why physicians are rude to their patients and staff.
