Julie represented the buyer on a transaction recently where I was the mortgage lender. Julie went above and beyond and got a huge seller credit from a local builder to save the deal after their in house financing department denied the loan. Thanks to her, her clients walked in with close to no closing costs and just the down payment! Great job and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home! You could save thousands!
Julie is a Godsend of a realtor! She was so patient and worked so hard on getting us exactly what we wanted in a home. We ended up going with a new construction home, and she was with us every step of the way. She showed up to every meeting, the design center, everything! She was able to help with finding the right lender and negotiate some things with the home builder for us that we would’ve never been able to do on our own. She’s very knowledgeable, and we highly recommend her to help anyone in finding their next home.
