Julie is informative knowledgeable and very concerned with my issues
She had no idea why I was there. She didnt know what was going on and didnt help me at all. I left with more questions than answers and still have no idea what's going on. My husband and I had to tell her why we were there. Then she looked in the file and said oh I see. Then said well if you have problems just go to the er, which by the way is about 2000$ out of pocket.
