I was referred to Julie about 9 months into postpartum. I felt I had hit a rock bottom and needed guidance. I specifically wanted a maternal mental health specialist and one of my chiropractors referred me. Julie was wonderful and extremely helpful during my postpartum journey. I highly recommend her!!
Julie is rad! Talking to her is so much fun, always something to look forward to. She is empathetic and realistic about the woman/marriage/family/babies issues I want to work through, and she is great at pointing out patterns, ending our sessions with a little homework, and scheduling at appropriate cadence for what I need. Do it!
Julie is one of a kind. As a labor and birth doula, she is my go-to referral for mamas in the community for a compassionate ear, tlc, and processing during the transition (or continued journey) into motherhood. She is incredibly empathetic, grounded, wise and SUCH a valuable asset to our community. I cannot recommend her enough!
Julie is The. Absolute. Best. She is one of the most down to earth people I know and truly has a love for helping people. When she asks you a question she's genuinely interested/invested in the answer. I love her level of professionalism while also somehow making you feel like you've known her forever. She's supportive like the friend everyone should have, but also has a gentle way of guiding you to look at something through a different lense when needed! HIGHLY recommend!
