Dr. Caucino is knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. Explains everything in detail and answers all your questions. She also listens to your concerns and takes as much time with you that you need. Staff is also friendly and courteous.
She does not listen. I've had allergy and asthma since I was 6 months old (late 40's now). My prior specialist retired. I saw Dr. Caucino for a year or so. I went thru the allergy testing AGAIN at her request, even though I've done it many times and had allergy shots for 5+ years and wasnt interested in doing it again. She didn't listen to what I was saying about how my allergy symptom differed from test results and how certain meds reacted with my body. Dr. Caucino is excellent. She is thorough, considerate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always stays up to date on my test results and gives recommendations that are specific to my needs. I especially appreciate that she’s straightforward and honest—she tells me exactly what will help me be holistically well considering my allergies, and always with my best interests at heart. Her approach is both knowledgeable and compassionate, and I always leave feeling well cared for.
