Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond in helping me find and close on my home. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I cannot praise Julie Boyd-Elrod enough for her handling of the sale of my Mother's house. She was extremely professional and her attention to detail was incredible. She presented an acceptable contract to us within a day and a half of the multiple listing being published. Her communication throughout the entire process to closing was extremely professional and thorough. She is definitely someone I would highly recommend with complete confidence and would definitely use again should the need arise.
