Julie is very nice at first but beware…she will take advantage of you any chance she gets. Our personal property was damaged during a showing and Julie refused to compensate us for the damage. She said as long as we could fix the damage it wasn’t really a problem. I’ve never had a woman be so flippant about disrespecting another woman’s time and home.
Julie is an awesome professional to work with. She was extremely prompt in responding to my questions about a property she had listed and was a pleasure to talk real estate with. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to put a deal together with her!
